This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing-related requests are handled for Loomenio.
Loomenio is operated by Roman Lozunskyi, a sole trader based in Ukraine, operating under the brand Loomenio.
1. Subscription Payments
Loomenio is offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout or on our Pricing page.
2. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable.
This means we do not usually provide refunds for:
- partial subscription periods;
- unused time on an active subscription;
- failure to cancel before the next renewal date;
- change of mind after purchase.
3. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription in accordance with the plan terms shown at signup.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time before the next billing date.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the paid features until that period ends.
5. Exceptional Cases
In limited cases, we may review refund requests at our sole discretion, including cases involving duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or exceptional technical issues directly caused by the Service.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
