- Different AI actions use different amounts of credit — a quick note capture costs less than importing a large spreadsheet.
- Every plan includes its own allowance, from a very small one on Free up to the Highest allowance on Business.

New accounts start with a 14-day Business-level trial
- Business-level access for 14 days: every core workflow, unlimited materials, products and recipes, an AI allowance for the trial, and room for up to 5 users.
- No credit card required to start.
- Upgrade to a paid plan anytime, during or after the trial.
- If you don't upgrade, your workspace automatically falls back to the Free plan when the trial ends. The trial is offered once per account.
- No customer data is deleted when you fall back to Free. Your materials, products, recipes, and history stay intact.

Loomenio has three plans: Free ($0), Starter ($23 per month, or $19 per month billed yearly at $228) and Business ($46 per month, or $39 per month billed yearly at $468). Every new account starts with a 14-day Business-level trial, and no credit card is required to start.
Yes. The Free plan is limited to 25 materials, 10 products and 1 recipe, with inventory, production, Today and a very small AI allowance. If you don't upgrade after the trial, your workspace moves to Free and nothing is deleted.
If you haven't upgraded, your workspace automatically moves to the Free plan. You keep using Loomenio within Free plan limits, and nothing is deleted.
No. Your materials, products, recipes, production history, and sales history are never deleted when your plan changes. If you're above a lower plan's limits, you may need to upgrade again before adding new records beyond that plan's limits.
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Starter or Business, or between paid plans, at any time.
Each plan includes an AI credit allowance for that billing period. Different AI features consume different amounts of credit depending on what they do. Core workflows like Today, inventory, production, and sales never require AI credits.
Additional AI-credit packs are planned so you can top up beyond your plan's allowance. This is coming soon and isn't purchasable yet.
Not yet. Sales-channel integrations for Etsy and Shopify are planned. They are not available or included in any plan today, and we have not announced plan limits for them.
